- Sustainable Packaging: Your precious soaps are nestled in protective upcycled cushioning materials for individual care. Finally, everything is securely packed in a box and covered with a protective layer. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully, while minimizing our environmental impact.
- Trusted Delivery Partners: We work with reliable courier companies like Aramex, DTDC, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Wow Express, and Delhivery to deliver your Zenstones handmade soaps across India.
- Delivery: Our partners strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible. If they encounter any issues at your address, they’ll contact you to find a solution.
- Tracking: After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and the courier company’s information. Track your package’s progress 24 hours after it leaves our workshop.

Estimated Delivery Time:
We strive to dispatch most orders within 1-7 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Please note:
- Limited Edition Soaps: As our soaps are handcrafted in limited batches, occasionally an item might need to be made fresh in our workshop to guarantee quality. This could slightly delay your order, but ensures you receive the freshest, most luxurious product possible.
- Major Festive Seasons: During high-volume periods like major festive celebrations, dispatch may take up to 5 days.
Shipping Charges:
- India: We offer a flat shipping charge of Rs.50 for orders below Rs.500 and free shipping for orders above Rs.500.
